Returns & Exchanges

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and small components are included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of the box, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location. Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
